The fault phenomenon is abnormal noise of the waterjet pump.

1. Waterjet pump abnormal noise including two parts, one is the piston variable pump, the other is the intensifier, if the variable pump , please check if short of hydraulic oil, whether absorbtion oil filter block,whether hydaulic oil has gone bad, whether exist bubbles, whether variable pump damage,if there is abnormal voise for the 

intensifier pump,please check the check valve body and valve body repair kit, in order to eliminate the noise like whistle.

2.waterjet fault exclusion and repair, when meet the phenomenon of waterjet abnormal fever, please first check our the cooling system ,then check whether the heat exchanger block,also check whether the variable pump broken,on the other hand , check whether the repair kit of check valve damaged and Commutation frequency 

increased

3.Robotic waterjet intensifier troubleshooting , hydraulic system no pressure, please check whether the pressure valve has failed, and then check whether the variable 

pump has damaged, check whether reversing sensor has no signal transmission.

4.Insufficient pressure problem of the high pressure water, please check whether the pressure of low pressure water greater than 0.2Mpa, after start up the high 

pressure, the pressure of low pressure water should be greater than 0.6mpa, if everything working normal please check the high pressure poppet ,insert and low 

pressure poppet .

5.The high pressure gauge show the highest pressure and lowest pressure range is too large, check whether the one way valve leakage , check the check valve assembly and high pressure seal,check whether the piston seal has failed.
