A：robot waterjet device safety operation process(start up preparation)

1.check the oil position in the oil tank , the position should be up than observer

2.Turn on the power of oil pump ,adjust the air pressure to 0.6MPA, turn on the Pneumatic valve and there is water flowing out of the cutting head regarded as normal

3.Start the low pressure water pump and observe the low pressure gauge ,pressure should be greater than 0.2Mpa

B: Start up of hydraulic system

1. Turn on the power of waterjet pump, open the display software, enter the software of waterjet.

2. Motor and Oil pump switch, observe rotary direction of motor, should be follow the arrow direction

3. Turn on the oil pump ,adjust the pressure of knob to the lowest.

C: Adjustment of high pressure system

1. Unplug one side of the reversing sensor, the other side normal connect.

2. Start up the intensifier pump, start up the high pressure

3. Screw the overflow valve to the tightest position,Adjust the pressure valve to Maximum

4. Adjust the high pressure valve of variable pump, observe the oil pressure gauge.adjust the pressure to 20Mpa

5: Adjust the booster pump high pressure regulating valve, adjust the oil gauge pressure to 16MPa, then the current state of the water pressure is 320MPa, which is the normal working pressure

6: The same principle is used for low-pressure adjustment, and the pressure of low-pressure adjustment only needs to be adjusted to 5MPa.

D: Start up of the robot system

1. Turn on the main power of general control system, enter the operation interface.

2. Check wether there is an alarm, check whether the emergency stop is working

3. Check whether the related control part is working

4. Perform TCP program calibration on the robot, and go back to the origin after calibration.

5. Import the compiled program into the robot system or use robot programming on site.

6. Find the program, start up the waterjet pump, Start up the vaccum absorbing system (make sure the cooling system and filtration system working normally

7. Trial run ,adjust the speed slowly when try cutting, observe whether there is a fault, if not can adjust the speed to 100%.
